She created a graham cracker cookie dough and mixed in all the s'mores favorites, marshmallows and chocolate. Once baked, its like this cookie just came out of the campfire with its toasted marshmallow and rich melted chocolate pieces wrapped in the warm graham cracker cookie.
Chef Whitney Miller was inspired to create this cookie from her love of caramel apples. She infused this cookie's dough with apple flavor and then added dried apple pieces. For the reminiscent sweet, chewy caramel, she added caramel bits and a chocolate covered caramel candy to the center of the cookie. Lastly, she folded in rich chocolate chips. She loves an over-the-top caramel apple and it is reflected in this cookie. One bite into her Caramel Apple cookie and you will think you just took a bite out of a caramel apple.

Our take on this sandwich features a chewy peanut butter cookie stuffed with gooey marshmallow creme and topped with a crispy peanut butter crumble. It is a cookie both kids and adults alike will go crazy over.
