It’s layered with rich, homemade pecan praline spread swirled throughout the dough, creating pockets of buttery caramelized flavor reminiscent of the pralines found in the streets of New Orleans. Topped with a delicate pecan craquelin for a satisfying crunch and finished with flaky salt, each bite balances deep toasted pecan notes, warm brown sugar, and a touch of Southern charm.
