How do I order cookies?
Our cookies come in packs of 4, 6 and a dozen. You can choose your flavors or opt for the assorted cookie box.
Do you ship your cookies?
Yes, we ship our cookies nationwide via UPS ground or USPS priority, usually 2 to 3-day shipping.
What does your shipping look like?
We ship orders Monday through Friday but we always attempt to maximize freshness and reduce the amount of time they may sit with the shipping carrier! We ship via UPS or USPS Priority for delivery usually within 2 to 3 days.
All our cookies are individually packaged, labeled and sealed and boxed with crinkle paper and bubble wrap for protection.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide. We also ship APO addresses.
November and December might also present slower than normal delivery times.
What if something happens in shipment?
Once your cookie box is packaged and shipped, it is in the hands of UPS or USPS. If something goes wrong with your shipment, please reach out to us at hello@whitneyscookies.co and we will do everything we can to assist!
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, we offer local pick up at our retail store in Franklin, Tennessee! Choose "Local Pickup" from the "Shop Now" menu at the top of the page, or Click Here.
Do you have a store front location?
Yes! Our store front location is located in downtown Franklin, TN.

What are your flavors?
We have our 8 staple flavors - chocolate chip cookie, brownie cookie, stuffed chocolate chip cookie, salted peanut butter cup cookie, oatmeal raisin cookie, celebration sprinkles cookie, vegan chocolate chip cookie, and gluten free-ish chocolate chip cookie.
Each month we also offer two limited-release flavors!
How long do your cookies stay fresh?
We don't load our cookies with preservatives, but we do individually heat seal them to ensure they are good for up to two weeks. For that right out of the oven experience, warm in the microwave for a few seconds or in the oven at 350 degrees F for 2 to 3 minutes or until warm.
To preserve their freshness, if you don't think you'll consume some of your cookies within two weeks Chef Whitney recommends freezing them in their package or placed in a freezer zip top bag. They'll stay good for up to 4 months and when you're ready to enjoy them, just allow the cookies to thaw and then warm in the microwave for a few seconds or a 350 degrees F oven for about 2 to 3 minutes or until warm.
Do you make a vegan cookie?
Yes! We have a vegan chocolate chip cookie that is dairy, egg and soy free. We think it is the best vegan cookie EVER!
Do you offer gluten-free?
Yes! We offer a gluten free-ish chocolate chip cookie. While it contains no gluten ingredients, we do prepare and bake this cookie along with our other cookies in the same facility and ovens so we call it "gluten free-ish".
How big are your cookies?
Our mega cookies are 5 to 6-ounces.
