Chef Whitney was inspired by her kids love for all things sprinkles for this festive cookie. Our Birthday Cake cookie made with a buttery, vanilla cookie dough, chopped golden Oreos and rainbow sprinkles, captures all the flavors of a birthday cake in a cookie form. Because you can never have too many sprinkles, we finish the cookies with a coating of rainbow sprinkles that add the perfect crunch.
