How do I order cookies?
Our cookies come in packs of 4, 6 and a dozen. You can choose your flavors or opt for the assorted cookie box.
Do you ship your cookies?
Yes, we ship our cookies nationwide via UPS ground or USPS priority, usually 2 to 3-day shipping.
What does your shipping look like?
We ship our cookies to maximize freshness! If your order is placed after Wednesday, it may not ship till the following Monday to avoid your cookies sitting with the shipping carrier over the weekend. We ship via UPS or USPS Priority for delivery usually within 2 to 3 days.
All our cookies are individually packaged, labeled and sealed and boxed with crinkle paper and bubble wrap for protection. We provide a postcard for a personal note.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide. We also ship APO addresses.
Please note due to Covid-19 USPS shipping may be delayed. This is beyond our control. USPS is doing everything to deliver your packages on time.
We appreciate your understanding and patience during this challenging time.
November and December might also present slower than normal delivery times.
What if something happens in shipment?
Once your cookie box is packaged and shipped, it is in the hands of UPS or USPS. If something goes wrong with your package, it was sent insured so contact your local carrier.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, we do offer local pick up in Franklin and Thompson's Station, Tennessee. Choose the local pick up option at checkout. We will email you to set up a pick up time.

Our store front location is located in downtown Franklin, TN.
