Chef Whitney was inspired by the color red for this month's cookie. Our Red Velvet Cookie is real red...not the fake stuff. The sweet, slightly tangy "red" cocoa dough is studded with rich chocolate chips and then stuffed with a velvety cream cheese filling. Lastly, it's finished with a dusting of powdered sugar. Perfection.
