We don't load our cookies with preservatives, but we do individually heat seal them to ensure they are good for up to two weeks. For that right out of the oven experience, warm in the microwave for a few seconds or in the oven at 350 degrees F for 2 to 3 minutes or until warm.

To preserve their freshness, if you don't think you'll consume some of your cookies within two weeks Chef Whitney recommends freezing them in their package or placed in a freezer zip top bag. They'll stay good for up to 4 months and when you're ready to enjoy them, just allow the cookies to thaw and then warm in the microwave for a few seconds or a 350 degrees F oven for about 2 to 3 minutes or until warm.

We ship orders Monday through Friday but we always attempt to maximize freshness and reduce the amount of time they may sit with the shipping carrier! We ship via UPS or USPS Priority for delivery usually within 2 to 3 days.

All of our cookies are individually packaged, sealed, labeled, and boxed with crinkle paper and bubble wrap for protection.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Perfect Gift

Whitney’s Custom Cookie Box was the perfect birthday gift for the student whom I tutor. I got to curate the box to include cookies I knew he’d love along with a surprise Whitney’s special flavor. He LOVED the cookies so much that his Mom sent me a video of him enjoying his edible birthday gift. I’m secretly trying to win him over from the other cookie company which, in my opinion, tends in the from-a-franchise, way-too-sweet, way too big direction. I love Whitney’s story. I love that, as a Franklin resident not too far from her charming shop (which reminds me of my visits to Magnolia Bakery in Greenwich Village in the ‘90’s), I can pop in to get cookies for hostess gifts, birthday gifts, dinner parties when I’m on tap for dessert, or treats for my teenage boys still under our roof. The shop has all the charm that Franklin offers and is right next to my go-to coffee, breakfast and lunch favorite: Franklin Mercantile. Whitney’s packaging is tasteful and cheerful. Knowing this, I felt confident ordering the Cookie Box online and having it delivered to my student, since he and his family were out of town over his actual birthday. Everybody loves receiving a gift through the mail, so I knew the blue and brown box (delicious color combination, by the way) would thrill him. Darling teenage girls in our kids’ friend circles work for Whitney in the kitchen and love their experiences. This is definitely a where-the-locals-shop (and work!) place which I highly highly recommend!

Beyond Delicious!

We are so pleased with our first shipment of yummy cookies, not to mention the excellent packaging and customer service. We tried six different types of cookies and they all were delicious, but our favorites were the oatmeal raisin, salted toffee crunch, and inside out peanut butter cup. We enjoyed the flavors, textures, and variety of cookie options. We will most definitely be back!

Too much but pretty

Just too thick, too doughy for my personal taste but they do look pretty and were shipped quickly. Unfortunately I couldn’t eat them.
