How does the Whitney's Cookie Club work?
Every month, cookie club members will receive an 8-pack box of cookies (with 10% off + free shipping on every box). Each box contains four of our staple flavors and two of each of our limited-release flavors of the month.
There are two subscription options: monthly billing or prepaid (this option is perfect for gifting!).
When will my Cookie Club boxes ship?
Monthly Subscription
Your first order will ship within a few days of subscribing! If your subscription is purchased after the 15th of the month, we'll skip the delivery the following month so you don't receive too many cookies too quickly. For example, if you place your first subscription order on March 18th, we'll skip your April box and send your next box the first week of May.
Prepaid Subscription (3/6/12 Month)
Your first order will ship within a few days of subscribing! All subsequent orders will be created on the same day of the month as the original order, and will then ship within a few days of each order being created.
Can I choose which cookies I receive each month?
Currently, Whitney's Cookie Club contains a specific set of cookies each month that contains a mixture of our most popular and limited-release flavors.
We are working on the ability to customize the cookies you receive each month, but that feature is still in the works! :)
Can I skip a month?
Monthly Cookie Club subscriptions can be skipped via the customer portal after three months of enrollment.
Prepaid subscriptions are not eligible for skipping.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Monthly Cookie Club subscriptions can be cancelled after three months of enrollment. Prepaid subscriptions are not eligible for cancellations.
Can I gift a month of my subscription?
Monthly Cookie Club subscriptions can be gifted via the customer portal! When you click the "Skip" button on your next order, a popup will ask if you'd like to gift the order instead of skip it.
Prepaid subscriptions cannot be gifted at this time.
