We don't load our cookies with preservatives, but we do individually heat seal them to ensure they are good for up to two weeks. For that right out of the oven experience, warm in the microwave for a few seconds or in the oven at 350 degrees F for 2 to 3 minutes or until warm.

To preserve their freshness, if you don't think you'll consume some of your cookies within two weeks Chef Whitney recommends freezing them in their package or placed in a freezer zip top bag. They'll stay good for up to 4 months and when you're ready to enjoy them, just allow the cookies to thaw and then warm in the microwave for a few seconds or a 350 degrees F oven for about 2 to 3 minutes or until warm.

We ship orders Monday through Friday but we always attempt to maximize freshness and reduce the amount of time they may sit with the shipping carrier! We ship via UPS or USPS Priority for delivery usually within 2 to 3 days.

All of our cookies are individually packaged, sealed, labeled, and boxed with crinkle paper and bubble wrap for protection.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note, we are not able to request shipping carriers deliver to a specific place (mailbox, porch, etc.) or at a specific time.

Warm Weather Note: We agree, it’s hot! Please note that our cookies are not shipped in insulated boxes nor with ice packs. We recommend tracking your order so you can bring them in as soon as possible. Your cookies may arrive a little warm from their journey, but rest easy they are still delicious! A few minutes in the fridge or left inside to cool and they’ll be ready to enjoy.

I am a cookie person

I am writing this from a "cookie person." Please know that I am not trying to hurt you or your business in any way. I am giving an honest review.
1. The cookies arrived safely, and the packaging was not damaged.
2. The packaging is excellent, and the type of cookie is clearly stated on the packaging.
3. The size is really large. However, that is what you are going for, which is fine.
4. Now, the taste. I was a little shocked that they were not amazing. You can tell by how many I ordered I seriously thought we would eat them in a few days to a week. They are still here and only a few have been eaten. My husband loves cookies and has not touched any after the first one.
5. Please understand, this is not to be ugly. I am making a genuine review.
6. They do not taste as we expected. I am very serious when I say we have bought Pillsbury cookie dough and nearly eaten all of them in one day.
7. Maybe we need to understand your concept. And, maybe, you are targeting a different audience. I can tell you, though, that we love cookies.
8. They do not crumble, they break. Did we get some that were a tad overcooked or a few days old? I am still trying to figure out what happened there. But they felt like this strange texture. Again, this may be precisely what you want in a cookie. We didn't understand the texture.
9. We did eat 2 or 3 and it was not like we couldn't eat them. But the rest are still on the table.
10. NO, NO, NO, NO. We DO NOT want a refund AT ALL. That is not all what this is about. I am writing to let you know a candid review.
11. We watched you on the cooking show you were on and enjoyed it very much.
12. I am hoping something changes in the texture and maybe the taste just a tad. Perhaps it's so natural, but I am not used to that. I am still trying to figure it out.
I hope you don't take this in a manner to have a bad day. That's not what I was shooting for. I wanted to leave an honest review.
