We don't load our cookies with preservatives, but we do individually heat seal them to ensure they are good for up to two weeks. For that right out of the oven experience, warm in the microwave for a few seconds or in the oven at 350 degrees F for 2 to 3 minutes or until warm.

To preserve their freshness, if you don't think you'll consume some of your cookies within two weeks Chef Whitney recommends freezing them in their package or placed in a freezer zip top bag. They'll stay good for up to 4 months and when you're ready to enjoy them, just allow the cookies to thaw and then warm in the microwave for a few seconds or a 350 degrees F oven for about 2 to 3 minutes or until warm.

We ship orders Monday through Friday but we always attempt to maximize freshness and reduce the amount of time they may sit with the shipping carrier! We ship via UPS or USPS Priority for delivery usually within 2 to 3 days.

All of our cookies are individually packaged, sealed, labeled, and boxed with crinkle paper and bubble wrap for protection.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Bad packaging

Cookies came on a hot day, shipped usps and put in a locker. Melted and gross. No excuses when packaging can’t handle shipping methods

I'm so sorry that your cookies arrived melted! We, unfortunately, have very little say in how or where shipping carriers deliver packages once they take possession of them, and with us shipping all across the nation during the summer months, this does happen from time to time though we hate it when it does.

We responded to your original email informing us of how the cookies arrived on May 1st offering a refund or to send you a new box of cookies, but we haven't heard back! Please let us know if you'd like to take us up on either offer and we are happy to oblige! : )
