We don't load our cookies with preservatives, but we do individually heat seal them to ensure they are good for up to two weeks. For that right out of the oven experience, warm in the microwave for a few seconds or in the oven at 350 degrees F for 2 to 3 minutes or until warm.

To preserve their freshness, if you don't think you'll consume some of your cookies within two weeks Chef Whitney recommends freezing them in their package or placed in a freezer zip top bag. They'll stay good for up to 4 months and when you're ready to enjoy them, just allow the cookies to thaw and then warm in the microwave for a few seconds or a 350 degrees F oven for about 2 to 3 minutes or until warm.

We ship orders Monday through Friday but we always attempt to maximize freshness and reduce the amount of time they may sit with the shipping carrier! We ship via UPS or USPS Priority for delivery usually within 2 to 3 days.

All of our cookies are individually packaged, sealed, labeled, and boxed with crinkle paper and bubble wrap for protection.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

THE COOKIES ARE GREAT! My wife can't eat one by herself. By themselves or with a coffee or tea, especially the new almond-cinnamon-cheesecake or the cinn-a-bon with the icing, yum.
It's the ordering process, 6 or 12 and only 3 varieties of which you're forced to buy two each. A 6pak is ripe for ordering one of each except for vegan and gluten-free (which will never cross my palate). I would have ordered cookies for my grandchildren, but who wants to spend $50 for 3 varieties of 2 each when there are more. I know this increases costs for different sized packaging and to a degree increased labor. I'm sure there'd be a market for an 18 and or 24 and not your 6+12. And pricing, if you buy a 6pak of the email featured cookie it should be a special price on whatever pak size is determined. There should be a perceived discount for buying more, such as 6/$5 or 12/$9.90. I am also not enamored with the sign-in process pick one and not the overlay of the Shopify on top of the email/password that was in use on my last order, personally, I will not use Shopify.
