What is a fluffernutter you may ask?
It is combination of creamy peanut butter and gooey marshmallow creme sandwiched between soft white bread. Our take on this sandwich features a chewy peanut butter cookie stuffed with gooey marshmallow creme and topped with a crispy peanut butter crumble. It is a cookie both kids and adults alike will go crazy over.
