Chef Whitney was inspired by s'mores to create our Love You S'more cookie. For the graham cracker component, she created a graham cracker dough and then mixed in rich chocolate chips. For the marshmallow component, she stuffed the cookie dough with marshmallows and gooey marshmallow creme. Lastly, a few marshmallows top the cookie and once baked are toasted in the oven for the perfect s'mores experience.
