I actually am not a fan of standard key lime pie so I wasn’t sure about these but I wanted to try one anyways. These are sooooo good! I ended up stocking up on these and putting some in my freezer so I can have them for a couple of months. It’s a perfect mix of the graham cracker cookie, key lime filling, and icing on the top!
The Stuffed Chocolate Cookie is the perfect marriage of a delicious chocolate brownie surrounded by a rich chocolate chip cookie. It’s a little taste of heaven! While I love all of Whitney’s cookies, I think the Stuffed Chocolate Chip is my favorite.

I enjoy giving them away as gifts during the holidays or freezing them to eat at a later date. They are still delicious when thawed and warmed in the oven even months later.
