Chef Whitney was inspired by her love of all things chocolate for this cookie. Buckle your seat belt because there is a lot of chocolate in here. Like A LOT! Rich cocoa cookie dough, semi sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate malt balls, crispy brownie brittle and crunchy walnuts. If you thought that was a lot....wait for it. Chef Whitney was inspired by her husband's love for cheesecake for this cookie. We combine our soft cheesecake infused cookie dough with a sweet strawberry dough for a decadent twist on a classic. Our cheesecake dough is made with cream cheese and vanilla that lend itself to a luscious cheesecake flavor. The strawberry dough is vibrant and sweet with a natural strawberry tang. The two doughs are folded together and then topped with a crunchy classic graham cracker "crust."
