Chef Whitney was inspired by her husband's love for cheesecake for this cookie. We combine our soft cheesecake infused cookie dough with a sweet strawberry dough for a decadent twist on a classic. Our cheesecake dough is made with cream cheese and vanilla that lend itself to a luscious cheesecake flavor. The strawberry dough is vibrant and sweet with a natural strawberry tang. The two doughs are folded together and then topped with a crunchy classic graham cracker "crust."

Our Birthday Cake cookie made with a buttery, vanilla cookie dough, chopped golden Oreos and rainbow sprinkles, captures all the flavors of a birthday cake in a cookie form. Chef Whitney was inspired by Father's Day for this June cookie.  It's a cowboy cookie that we're calling the Nash cookie.  What is a Cowboy Cookie? Chef Whitney was inspired by her favorite dessert, peach cobbler for this delicious cookie. Our peach cobbler cookie combines the classic flavors of a peach cobbler with the comforting goodness of a freshly baked cookie. The cookie base is a chewy, spiced cinnamon dough that features Loveless Cafe's peach preserves swirled throughout. The preserves impart succulent and juicy sweetness in every bite.  The cookie's crunchy cobbler crumble is reminiscent of a cobbler's decadent, caramelized crust. For an over-the-top experience, Chef Whitney recommends warming the cookie in the oven and serving with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream.
