Flavors of the Month RSS
Chef Whitney was inspired by spring for our Lemon Crinkle cookie. If you are a lemon fan, you will love it. We mix white chocolate chips into a rich lemon cookie dough and finish with powdered sugar. The result is a crackly exterior and moist, chewy center.
Chef Whitney was inspired by the classic strawberry shortcake to create this cookie. Our version begins with a rich vanilla cookie dough and stuffed with a sweet and tangy strawberry filling. We finish the cookie with a dip in pink ruby chocolate and topped with a crispy strawberry crumble.
Chef Whitney was inspired by her favorite Girl Scout cookie, Samoas to create her own version. Her version features a rich vanilla cookie dough combined with crispy toasted coconut, chewy caramel bits and decadent chocolate chips. Once baked, the cookie is finished with the reminiscent striped chocolate and toasted coconut. Though it resembles the original, we think our version is the best.
Chef Whitney challenged herself to recreate the most popular Girl Scout cookie, Thin Mint and rose to the occasion. Her version combines mint chocolate pieces and chopped Oreos into a decadent chocolate cookie dough. We think our version is better than the original. Try our Thick Mint cookie for yourself and you decide.
Chef Whitney was inspired by the color red for this month's cookie. Our Red Velvet Cookie is real red...not the fake stuff. The sweet, slightly tangy "red" cocoa dough is studded with rich chocolate chips and then stuffed with a velvety cream cheese filling. Lastly, it's finished with a dusting of powdered sugar. Perfection. Red food coloring? No way
